| سورۃُ الماعون | |
| بسم اللّٰۃ الرحمٰن الحیم | |
| ◌ أَرَءَيْتَ الَّذِىْ يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ | |
| Have you seen the one who denies the ˹final˺ Judgment? | |
| ◌ فَذٰلِكَ الَّذِىْ يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ | |
| That is the one who repulses the orphan, | |
| ◌ وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ | |
| and does not encourage the feeding of the poor. | |
| ◌ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ | |
| So woe to those ˹hypocrites˺ who pray | |
| ◌ اَلَّذِيْنَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ | |
| yet are unmindful of their prayers; | |
| ◌ اَلَّذِيْنَ هُمْ يُرَآءُوْنَ | |
| those who ˹only˺ show off, | |
| ◌ وَيَمْنَعُوْنَ الْمَاعُوْنَ | |
| and refuse to give ˹even the simplest˺ aid. |
